- Sweet Mustard Pickle
- For the dough:
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup and a pinch of granulated sugar
- separated 1 sachet (8 grams) active dry yeast
- 1 large egg at room temperature
- 2 cups plain flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 45g butter at room temperature
Split in two…perfect for a school lunch.
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 large or 2 small avocado
- Make your toast with butter and MIGHTYMITE
- Cut your avocado into slices and place on the toast
- Poach your egg and place onto toast.
Delicious breakfast or late night snack!
- 500g pork mince
- 1 Jar of Three Threes Apple Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 3 Shallots
- 20ml Sherry
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Sheets of Puff Pastry
Brown the mince with the sherry, salt and pepper. Once cooked add the apple sauce, garlic and chopped shallots. Line a muffin tin with quarter pieces of puff pastry then fill with pork mix. Bake until pastry is golden.
3 tablespoons 333’s Mightymite
500g lean beef mince
1 carrot, grated
1 shallot, sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons mixed herbs
12 x 1cm cubes of tasty cheese
For a tasty burger, stack cooked bacon, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, beetroot and tasty cheese and top with a “Mighty Patty” and sliced 333’s Pickled Onions.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Shape mixture into 12 patties.
Insert the cube of cheese into the centre of each pattie.
Cook patties in fry pan, under the grill or on the BBQ, until cooked through.

1 sheet of puff pastry
1-2 tablespoon 333’s Mightymite
1 cup of tasty cheese, grated
Pre Heat oven to 220°C.
Spread 333’s Mightymite onto pastry.
Sprinkle ¾ cup of grated cheese over the pastry. Roll pastry tightly and cut into 2cm portions. Place onto greased oven tray.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of rolled pastry.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
*Serve hot or cold
2 1/4 cups (250g) self-raising flour
30g cold butter, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup (250ml) milk
MightyMite Spread to taste
1/2 cup (55g) grated cheese
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Process flour, butter and seasonings in a food processor – or rub the butter into the flour with your fingers – until mixture resembles fresh breadcrumbs.
Add milk and mix until just combined.
Tip dough out onto a lightly floured bench top and roll into a 30 x 45cm rectangle.
Spread generously with MightyMite and top with grated Tasty cheese.
Roll in to a log shape and cut into 2cm slices.
Place side by side onto a greased or paper lined oven tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
*Serve warm or at room temperature.
